Garry is a Chemical/Environmental Engineer with over 27 years of experience in environmental approvals and project management across the resources, energy, linear infrastructure (road rail, power), and property sectors. Garry has sound working relationships with statutory authorities at Commonwealth, State and regional levels, and possesses a firm understanding of state and commonwealth environmental approvals legislation.

Garry is a member of the Queensland Resource Council which is a leading industry body involved in development of environmental legislation. Projects Garry has managed include the Wandoan Coal Project, Curragh Coal Project, Paradise North and Paradise South Phosphate Projects, Twin Hills Gold Project, Powerlink/Ergon Transmission Projects, Aurizon Rail Projects, Banora Point Highway upgrade, and development of the PNG to Queensland HydroPower Project Approvals strategy.
