Khory’s background spans over more than three decades in top end conflict and commercial advisory legal practice and public and private non-executive board positions. He now conducts a strategic advisory practice across a range of industry sectors. Khory is an accredited arbitrator and mediator, Life Fellow of ACICA and Fellow CIArb and past chair of Energex Group and Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility and director Allgas, SIDRA and member of AON’s Australian Advisory Board amongst other roles. He has deep energy, resource and infrastructure experience.

Mark is a strategically minded senior executive with broad experience across all business disciplines and diverse industry sectors (including Mining, Mining Services, Professional Services, Property and Media) at CEO and Director levels, within both publicly listed and private corporate environments.

With an intimate understanding of the key ‘enterprise capital’ attributes which drive organisational value and performance, Mark has extensive experience in strategic business planning, financial management and reporting, performance analysis and measurement, merger / acquisition transactions, and all facets of corporate governance, sales and marketing, business development, and human resource management.

Troy Turner is a Mining Professional with over 20 years’ experience, and a strong combination of multi-disciplinary technical skills, resource geology expertise and business management acumen. Troy has overall responsibility for the operation of the 3 Xenith offices, as well as project managing some strategic consulting projects for key clients. Troy has previously led the Xenith geology function for over 10 years specialising in exploration program planning, resource estimation, and due-diligence mining studies as well as being a highly regarded qualified competent person under the JORC code.
