On Thursday the 7th of September Xenith employees, Cheryl Holz, Caleela McEniery, Louise Mowlem, Alexandra Scott and Stacey Seth attended the WIMnet NSW Hunter Leadership Workshop held at Chateau Elan in the Hunter Valley. The day involved understanding your response impact and having some quite open and honest discussions about how to have courageous conversations. It’s important to get together as a group and be able to provide support and tell our individual stories with one another along with our colleagues who are the champions of change in the space of inclusion and diversity.
Brooke Hurt from Jessie Grace was amazing and full of ideas and strategies to help us all have those difficult conversations. Brooke kept us engaged and talked to us about how becoming more self-aware helps us understand how our responses to certain things can impact others. It was a very successful day and enjoyed by everyone present. Congratulations to the WIMnet Committee for putting on another great event.
