With a career spanning rural property management, land access, and agricultural finance Leighton brings to Spinifex the skills and experience of a designated land access professional. His knowledge of agricultural production systems and the financial and operational drivers underpinning them will be highly valued by clients seeking to procure access to land for their resource or infrastructure projects .
Sean Macdonald has been appointed to the position of Specialist Lead – Environment.
An experienced environment professional within the mining and planning approvals space with specific expertise in the costing and development of rehabilitation and closure management plans Sean brings a highly prized skill set to our Environment team. Specifically, his areas of professional expertise include:
- Project Management
- Rehabilitation and Closure Strategies
- Estimated Rehabilitation Cost (ERC)
- Environmental Impact Statements
- Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Due Diligence Analysis.
