The board of Xenith is pleased to announce that Khory McCormick who has been a long-term advisor to Xenith, was appointed to our board as a non-executive director.
We know Khory possesses skill sets which are complementary to those of the current Board, but which add a further strong element of diversity and we know his presence will have some immediate effects in the areas of risk and governance.Khory has a legal background having served for many years as a partner in a major international law firm, with strong exposure to the infrastructure, resources, energy, construction and transportation industry sectors.
In more recent years, Khory has acted for government and corporate clients in devising strategies for complex disputes and commercial matters.
