Xenith was engaged by an open cut mine in the Bowen Basin to provide data management, cultural heritage assistance and exploration management, including:

  • Facilitation of cultural heritage surveys for their exploration program in compliance with negotiated agreements
  • Conducting historical reporting within the project areas to meet local government requirements
  • Providing recommendations on Indigenous issues, including the culturally significant constraints within or near the project area
  • Guidance of legal and legislative requirements and processes required for project development
  • Maintaining cultural heritage data collected during the fieldwork season.

Xenith’s input supports the mine’s continuing expansion plans.
